Refunds

We want to make sure that your Lovers Jewellery product is 100% perfect, however, if something isn’t quite suitable, then we’re here to help!

You have 28 days from the delivery date to return your order, which means that you have plenty of time to return or exchange your items, in order to get a full refund.

We hope you can understand that personalised products and earrings are not able to be refunded or exchanged (unless faulty), however, if you have any queries regarding your order, please get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will be happy to advise further. 

Return Policy:

  • All products must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
  • Buyer must pay for return postage costs. We will email the address to send your return to.
  • We cannot accept returns on personalised items. These include all products in the ‘Heal Me’ personalised collection.
  • We cannot accept returns on earrings (unless faulty).
  • We cannot refund gift packaging.
  • Returns are processed within 5 working days of our warehouse receiving them. Please note, it can sometimes take a few days for the refunded money to show in your account.
  • If returning a gift set, all items that are in the gift set must be returned. Any items missing will result in your item being returned to you without a refund.

We are available from Monday - Saturday to answer any of your queries. 

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item has become damaged due to missing charms, please 'Contact Us' so that we can rectify this for you.

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time.
