Your jewellery is made with a Stainless Steel base.

That means that it’s tarnish free, durable & long lasting!

Your jewellery will last for a long time with proper care.

To ensure this, follow these instructions:

Avoid sweating, physical activities, bathing or swimming with your jewels on.

Prevent everyday products like creams, oils and other harsh chemicals from coming directly into contact with your jewels as this can damage the plating.

Put your jewels on after spraying perfume.

Clean your jewels occasionally with a soft cloth.

Store your jewels in the box or organza bag provided to prevent scratches.

This shouldn't happen as our jewellery is made with high quality materials, however we understand that crystals can be very delicate.

If your crystal becomes damaged, send us a message with an image of the issue so we can resolve this for you.

All of our bracelets have specific measurements to fit the average wrist size, with a 3cm extender to allow some extra room.

The bracelets have been specifically designed to have equal spacing between each charm.

However, if you require a bigger or smaller size, we can absolutely accommodate that for you at no extra charge, bearing in mind this may affect the spacing between the charms.
